By integrating Notification actions into applications developed on the Kuika platform, you can provide users with instant notifications, email messages, and in-app feedback. This allows users to be informed about important events occurring within the application in a timely and effective manner.

What Notification Actions Offer

You can provide instant feedback based on in-app events and support process flows.

You can control notification management by listing the notifications received by the user or marking them as read.

Notification Actions Offered in Kuika

You can perform the following notification operations with the system actions on the Kuika platform:

1. Push Notifications and Sending Emails

Send Push Notification

  • Sends instant push notifications to the user as a result of events in the application.
  • Example: Order status update, new message notification.

Send Mail

  • Sends automatic or manual email messages to users.
  • Example: Password reset, confirmation emails, informational messages.

2. In-App Instant Notifications and Read Status

Notify

  • Displays instant messages visually to users within the app.
  • Example: Positive feedback such as ‘The transaction was completed successfully.’

Mark As Read Notification

  • Marks a specific notification as read by the user.
  • Used to track which notifications the user has viewed in the system.

3. Listing and Tracking Notifications

  • Lists all notifications sent to a specific user.
  • Shows the status of notifications received by the user in the past (read/unread).
  • Provides flexible notification management with pagination and filtering support.

4. WhatsApp Business Message Sending
