Google Maps

Kuika's Configuration Manager module allows you to easily configure Google Maps integration for your web application. You can use Google Maps features in your application by adding the API key required to activate the map integration.

Google Maps Settings

Log in to the Kuika platform:

  • Select the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
  • Click on the Configuration Manager module from the left menu.
  • On the screen that opens, enter a name for the configuration and click CREATE.

Find the Google Maps title:

  • Click ADD NEW from the drop-down menu opposite the Google Maps title.

In the Google Maps Setting pop-up screen that opens, enter the information: 

  • Name: Enter a descriptive name for the map.
  • Google Maps API Key: Enter your Google Maps API key.

To generate a Google Maps API Key:

  • Create a new project in Google Cloud Console.
  • You can review the instructions provided by Google for the steps to generate an API key.

After completing these steps, the map integration becomes active in your application. Thanks to the features offered by Google Maps, you can offer an interactive map experience in your application.
