Kuika’s Config Manager module lets you easily configure Google Maps integration for your web and Android apps. By adding the required API key to enable map integration, you can use Google Maps features in your app.
Google Maps Settings
1. Open or Create a Configuration
Log in to the Kuika platform.
Apps screen, open the project you’ll be working on.
From the top menu, click the Config Manager module.
To create a new configuration, click the Create a blank configuration card, give the configuration a name, and complete the creation process. If you want to use an existing configuration, click its name in the list.
2. Go to Maps Settings
Map settings are located in different tabs depending on the platform:
For web apps: Click the Web tab at the top and open the Maps option under the WEB APP heading in the left menu.
For Android apps: Click the Android tab at the top and open the Maps option under the SERVICES heading in the left menu.
3. Add the Google Maps Configuration
Make sure the Google Maps option is selected in the Provider field.
Click the Add New link under the Configuration field.
In the Google Maps Settings window that opens, fill in the following fields (all fields are required):
Name: A descriptive name for the map configuration.
API Key: Your Google Maps API key.
After filling in all fields, click the Create button.
Select the configuration you created from the Configuration dropdown menu.
Click the Save button in the top-right corner to save your changes. (In an existing configuration, this button appears as Update.)
Creating a Google Maps API Key
Create a new project in the Google Cloud Console or select an existing project.
Enable the relevant API based on your app’s platform (Maps JavaScript API for the web, Maps SDK for Android for Android).
Create an API key from the Credentials page.

After completing these steps, the map integration will be enabled in your app. Thanks to the features offered by Google Maps, you can provide an interactive map experience in your app.
