Keeping your account secure and up to date ensures a seamless experience both during the application development processes and during platform usage. Change Your Name and Surname

You can follow these steps to update your first and last name information registered in your Kuika account:

Log in to the Kuika Platform.
Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner.
Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
Click the Update Profile button from the three dots in the upper right corner.
Update the first and last name fields.
Click the Update button to save your changes.

Make sure you enter the correct information when changing first and last name. Personal information may be visible to other users, especially in cases of collaboration and project sharing.

Update Your Password

You can follow these steps to update your password on your Kuika account:

Log in to the Kuika Platform.
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
Click the Update Profile button from the three dots in the upper right corner.
Select the Change Password option.
Fill in the following fields:
- Current password: Type the password you use to log in.
- ‍New password: Type your new password.
- New password (Confirm): Confirm your new password by typing it again.
Click the Change button.

Important Information About Account Management

Email Change: If you want to change your e-mail address linked to Kuika accounts, you can contact the support team.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): You can enable the 2FA feature to make your account even more secure. 2FA requires an additional verification code when logging into your account. Account Deletion: If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can make a request from the account settings or contact the support team.
