The Send WhatsApp Business Message action allows you to send messages from your app directly through the WhatsApp Business API.
With this action:
- Communicate with users quickly and professionally.
- Automate the message sending process so you can instantly send order status, reminder or information messages.
- Send automatic messages when important transactions are completed or when a specific action occurs.
For example:
- When the order is confirmed, you can send a notification to the user via WhatsApp.
- You can automatically send appointment reminder messages.
- You can send campaign or promotional messages to users.
Send WhatsApp Business Message action is supported on web and mobile apps.
Add Send WhatsApp Business Message Action
- Log in to the Kuika platform and open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
- Switch to the UI Design module and open the Properties panel on the right side.
- Click on the + ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
- Select Initial Actions → Notification → Send WhatsApp Business Message.
- Configure the following fields from the drop-down menu:
- Phone Number:
- Enter the phone number to send from (e.g. +905xxxxxxxxx).
- Template Name:
- Enter the name of the predefined template for your WhatsApp Business message (e.g. “order_confirmation”).
