Mobile App Settings is a setting that allows you to manage the basic configurations of your application. By configuring this setting in the Kuika Configuration Manager module, you can make all the necessary definitions for iOS and Android.
Creating a Mobile App
Log in to the Kuika platform.
Click the New App button on the Apps screen.
Enter a name for your app.
Check the Mobile Compatible App option.
Complete the process by clicking the CREATE button.
How to Configure Mobile App Settings?
Configure Settings for iOS
Open the App Settings screen.
Go to Mobile App Settings.
Click on theDefault drop-down menu.
Select ADD NEW from the drop-down menu.
In the pop-up window that opens, configure the following settings:
App Name: Name of the app.
Bundle ID: Unique identifier of the app.
Version: Version number of the app.
Haptic Enabled: Switch that determines whether haptic feedback is enabled.
Configure Settings for Android
Open the App Settings screen.
Go to Mobile App Settings.
Click on the Default drop-down menu.
Select ADD NEW from the drop-down menu.
In the pop-up window that opens, configure the following settings:
App Name: Name of the app.
Bundle ID: Unique identifier of the app.
Version: Version number of the app.
App Version Code: The version code of the app.
Minimum Android Version: The minimum version of Android required for the app to run.
Use Cleartext Traffic: Determines whether the use of clear text traffic is allowed.
Trust All Certificates: Determines whether to trust all certificates.
Haptic Enabled: Switch that determines whether haptic feedback is enabled.
Test Settings
Click on the three dots next to the Preview button at the top of the application.
Click the RUN button in the menu that appears.
When the process is complete, test that the specified settings have been applied correctly.
