Proxy System

What is a Delegation System?

A delegation system is a system that makes it easy for the user to delegate tasks to another team member in the absence of the user. For example, let's assume that you are developing an application where permission processes are managed. Suppose there is a screen where permissions are entered and a screen where permissions are approved by the administrator. In cases where the manager is on leave, the proxy system is of great benefit to prevent the employee's leave from being suspended. With the proxy system, the manager can appoint a person to take care of his/her place. The appointed person, i.e. the proxy, can view the manager's business processes like the manager. This makes the processes efficient and ensures business continuity.

In Process Automation, the user can assign a proxy to view his/her own work on the proxy.

The proxy system is used in the output of the application. In other words, it is not fully involved in the application development process but is a part of the process. Users can use this system in their applications according to their wishes.

Within the scope of the proxy system, there are Get Agent and Set Agent actions within Kuika Process Automation actions. These actions enable the realization of proxy transactions on the user.

You cannot give an additional proxy to the user who has a proxy. For example, if Admin has given power of attorney to user 1, user 1 cannot get another power of attorney at the same time.
