Basics of Creating CRUD Screens

Creating Screens with CRUD

About this lesson

With CRUD Wizard, Kuika allows you to create Create, Read, Update, and Delete screens connected to a data table in the data source with a few clicks.

The screens created with CRUD are presented to you with a design that suits your needs and all data binding operations are done automatically. In this way, you save time in both screen creation and data connection processes. You can use CRUD Wizard as a productivity tool, especially for basic CRUD operations that are performed repeatedly in business applications.

You can use the Screens Panel to create screens through CRUD Wizard.

  1. When you open the modal screen for creating a new screen through the Screens Panel, click CRUD Wizard on the left edge.
  2. In the screen that opens, you need to select a data source and one of the tables in this data source.
  3. Next, you are expected to define the form screen type and the options to be included in the CRUD screens.
  4. Finally, you can finish the creation process by naming your screen.

In seconds your CRUD screens will be created and listed in Screens Panel.
