Preparing end-user notifications with Email Builder

With Kuika, you can quickly and easily prepare and send emails to end users in the applications you develop.

You can use one of the dozens of email templates offered by Kuika in your email preparation process, or you can open an empty email template and prepare your own template specifically for your needs.

To prepare Email notifications for end users, open the Email Builder view mode on the platform.

On the screen that opens, you will be greeted with the screen for adding a new Email Design and the Set Password, Verify Email, Reset Password, and TaskNotification templates created by Kuika by default, which almost every application will need.

For example; In a flow where you need password setting and password reset emails within the application you have developed, you can edit and use the Set Password and Reset Password templates created by Kuika by default. However, if you need a different email, you can name the template on the Add a new Email screen, click the CREATE button, and proceed to the next screen.

On the screen that opens, you will be greeted by dozens of editable Email templates ready for use by Kuika.

You can choose one of these templates according to your needs or you can create an Email template from scratch by clicking NEW BLANK TEMPLATE.

You can add parameters on the template to work with dynamic data in the Email template you created.

To add parameters, you need to add a parameter in the @parameter format to the field you want to pull dynamic data from.

To define the parameter values you have added, you can return to the UI Design view mode and define parameter values through actions. You can perform configurations and parameter definition operations for the email template you have created in UI Design view mode using the SendMail action from the system actions.
