Workflow Engine

Workflow Engine is a software tool that automates business processes so that tasks are executed in a specific order and according to rules. By coordinating each step in the process, the workflow engine ensures that tasks are assigned to the right person at the right time and proceed smoothly. In the Kuika Process Automation module, the workflow engine controls the progress of processes according to defined rules and conditions and ensures that each stage of the processes is traceable.

The workflow engine simplifies complex business processes and reduces the need for manual intervention. For example, in an approval process, once a document is checked and approved in one step, it is automatically routed to the next step. This speeds up the steps in the workflow and minimizes the risk of human error.
