Think Aloud

Usability testing is a method in which users are asked to think aloud about what they see, feel and do, and in this way valuable information is gathered. This method is particularly advantageous in that it allows you to discover what users really think about your design.

Task Flow Chart

It is a visual representation of the tasks involved in a website or application and the relationships between them. Mapping a process in a task flow chart helps to prevent possible errors and delays. At the same time, you can accurately optimize business processes with a task flow chart.

Task Analysis

It is the method used to identify and understand the activities to be performed by users when interacting with a website or application. Task analysis systematically examines how users complete tasks to achieve their goals. Task analysis is very important for user experience. Because a design that solves the wrong problem will fail, no matter how good the user interface is.

Target Market

The target group for which a product is designed. The target market typically consists of people who exhibit similar characteristics. A target market is a segmented group of customers whose needs and wants match your product.

Three Click Rule

Open UI is a rule of thumb for websites, but it also applies to web/mobile applications. Users need to reach the page or action they want with minimal clicks.

The 3-Click Rule is the theory that users will leave the website if they cannot reach the page they want in 3 clicks.

Ticket

It is the support structure that enables communication and interaction between users and support teams.

Trello

It is an online collaborative work tool that allows organizing projects under development through dashboards.

Token

It is a ticket or token that grants access to a resource. The most well-known of these is the JSON Web Token (JWT) structure that runs on the RFC 7519 standard.
