In the Process Automation module of the Kuika platform, Lane defines the area in the workflow to which a particular task or process group belongs. Each lane is a linear separation indicating which role, department or area of responsibility the tasks in the workflow belong to. This structure visually reveals which unit will undertake the tasks and operations in the process, making the workflow more understandable and organized. Lanes help to track business processes effectively, ensuring that each task is performed in its own area.
