Likert Scale

It is a survey method in which different people are asked to rate the survey responses. The scale can be a minimum of 3 points (1- negative, 2- neutral, 3- positive). In a Likert scale survey, respondents do not choose between 'yes/no', there are specific options based on 'agree' or 'disagree' on a particular survey question. The benefits of using Likert scales in surveys are ease of use, ease of reporting, unbiased response, and time saving.

Learnability

We all need to go through a certain learning curve to really understand and use anything. Learnability in UI design defines how easy or difficult it is to use a system and UI effectively. Some digital products have a wide range of features and functionalities that come with a long learning curve. The biggest task for designers is to shorten this learning curve as much as possible and allow users to use the product in the most effective way.
