Survey

Survey is most commonly used to describe a method of collecting information from a defined sample of individuals. A set of questions is presented to a specific group of respondents. The answers to the questions are predetermined. Surveys are an important tool for consolidating and analyzing data, collecting information about the opinions, behavior or knowledge of this targeted group of respondents. They can be conducted in different ways, such as by telephone, internet, face-to-face.
