Getting Started with Bluetooth Actions

You can easily integrate Bluetooth actions into the applications you develop on the Kuika platform. In this way, you can dynamically manage your application's interaction with Bluetooth devices and enrich the user experience. For example, you can quickly and reliably establish connections between devices, transfer data or check device information. Bluetooth actions are ideal for enabling users to seamlessly connect between devices and optimize the performance of your application, especially for IoT devices or applications based on wireless technologies. In projects with complex device interactions, these actions allow you to manage Bluetooth communication in an efficient and user-friendly way.

Here are the actions offered through the Bluetooth system actions available in Kuika:

  • Scan Devices: Allows you to scan the surrounding Bluetooth devices and see the list of available devices.
  • Saved Device Available: Allows you to check if a previously saved Bluetooth device is available.
  • Is Connected: Allows you to check if a specific Bluetooth device is actively connected.
  • Forgot Device: Allows you to forget a previously paired Bluetooth device.
  • Disconnect: Allows you to disconnect the currently connected Bluetooth device.
  • Connect Bluetooth: Allows you to establish a connection with a specified Bluetooth device.
  • Bluetooth Permission Is Given: Allows you to check whether the application's Bluetooth access permission has been granted by the user.
  • Bluetooth Is Open: Allows you to check if the Bluetooth feature of the device is active.
