Welcome! The "I Have an Idea" project is a platform for company employees to freely express their creativity.
The main objective of the project is to create a space for employees to share their ideas and take active roles in the process of evaluating and realizing these ideas. By encouraging the participation of employees at all levels, this platform will enable the improvement of internal processes and flows.
The scope of the project includes idea sharing, voting and follow-up processes via web and mobile application, while its objectives include fostering a culture of open communication and innovation, and increasing employee involvement in company processes. Exclusions include complex integrations with external systems and major replacement of existing IT infrastructure.
Our project is designed to be integrated with the company's existing systems. Roles such as system administrator, end users, project manager and content moderator have been defined. Some of these roles are addressed in the second phase of the project.
Our project includes main screens and content that users will interact with. The details of the screens in the first phase of the project are also detailed in the analysis document.
