Defining the project scope and objectives

Analysis and Planning

About this lesson

In this learning content, we will define the scope and objectives of the "I Have an Idea" project that we will design in the following learning contents.

Our aim is to enable employees at all levels of the company to easily share, evaluate and realize their ideas through web and mobile applications. In this way, it aims to increase the overall performance of the company and employee satisfaction by increasing creativity and initiative utilization.

One of the important issues in the project is that a user-friendly interface should allow for detailed addition of ideas, voting and commenting on other ideas, and easy tracking of the status of ideas.  As with many similar projects, the "I Have an Idea" project should be made available through both web and mobile applications. Web applications are usually designed to be easily usable on large screens for functions such as management and reporting. In this way, detailed information and complex operations can be easily performed by users. Mobile applications, on the other hand, offer a simpler and customized user experience that allows users to access them on the go. With small screen sizes in mind, mobile apps focus on inputting and displaying basic information. This approach allows both platforms to make the most of their unique advantages.

Our goals include fostering a culture of open communication and innovation within the company, encouraging active employee participation in company processes, and accelerating improvement and innovation processes. 'I Have an Idea' aims to centralize the company's improvement and innovation efforts, enabling employees to openly share their ideas and ensure that these ideas are evaluated and implemented.
