Creating a Workflow in Process Automation

Viewing My Tasks

You can see and manage the tasks in the applications with process automation that you are developing.

Kuika allows you to see your tasks in the process without writing any code with the Process Automation actions it offers.

Let's create a structure that allows the user to see the tasks on the user within the scope of an example scenario.

  1. I Have an Idea! Create a new screen in the web application.
  2. Select Master Screen.

We can use the Header on the Dashboard screen for the header design.

  1. Open the Dashboard screen.
  2. Copy the Header on the screen.
  3. Open the Task List screen and paste it.
  4. Then add the action that shows the information of the logged in user to the screen as Initial Action.
  5. Update the data links in the Header that came from the Dashboard screen.
  6. Drag and drop a Row under the Header and convert it to a single column. This Row will be the general placeholder for our list structure
  7. Drag and drop a Row into the column. Through this Row, we will be preparing our header row.
  8. Make the Row a single column.
  9. Drag and drop a Label into the column.
  10. Change the content of the Label and select Paragraph and H1 Style from Text Styling.
  11. Select the column with the Label and align it left horizontally and center it vertically.
  12. Now add another Row just below the title row and turn it into a single column.
  13. Update the background color of the column to White and add the Radius style.
  14. Now add the Get My Task Action as the Initial Action to the screen.
  15. Go to the Action Tree panel on the left side.
  16. Drag the Get My Task action to the screen.
  17. In the Modal screen that opens, select Table and Outputs.
  18. Click the Create button.
  19. In the table, delete the other columns so that Process No, Process Name, Process Start Date, Process Started user full name, Task No and Step Name remain.
  20. Drag the final table into the Row you added last time.
  21. Finally, define the parameters of the Get My Task action.
  22. Activate the Show Pool and Show Claimed switches.
  23. Define Page, Page Size Search Key parameters.

This is how easy and fast it is to see the tasks in applications with process automation developed with Kuika.
