Creating a Workflow in Process Automation

Process Starting Procedures

You can easily start and manage the process automations, i.e. workflows that you have prepared in the applications you have developed, without having any technical knowledge through the system actions offered by Kuika.

Now let's examine how to start the processes created in the context of an example scenario.

  1. I have an idea! Let's move forward in the web application.
  2. Open the form screen in the application that allows you to create a new idea.
  3. Select the Create button on the screen.

Under the Create button, there are actions that we have created and added in Builder courses before.

  1. Add the Start Process action in the Process Automation category to the button.
  2. Select the process automation you created from the drop-down menu titled Process.
  3. Define the parameters that are input for the process.
  4. Drag and drop the action you created right after the Save Record action.

With these actions, you can ensure that the flow you have prepared is triggered when a new idea is created in the application.
