ANALYSIS AND PLANNING

Planning of the project

In this training set, we will develop the "I Have an Idea" application on the Kuika low-code application development platform based on the I Have an Idea project analysis. In this process, planning is required for many steps such as design, software and testing phases.

The planning to be made should include important steps that will ensure the effective and efficient completion of the project. These steps are presented below:

Planning and Analysis Phase

Every great project starts with the right team. We start by assigning the roles of project manager, designer, and developer.

System Design

Now, let's take a closer look at the system design phase, which is the backbone of our project. In this phase, we identify the basic design principles that will shape the way our users interact with the app.

Our first step is to prioritize the user experience. This means understanding how users perceive the app, how they interact with it, and, most importantly, how they feel while using it.

User interface design encompasses the visual components of our application. From color palettes to font choices, button placements to icons, every detail reflects the identity of our brand and allows users to navigate the app easily.

The prototyping process gives us a space to bring our ideas to life. With Kuika's powerful prototyping tools, we can quickly turn our design into a real app prototype. This gives us the chance to gather feedback and make the necessary adjustments to better adapt our app to user needs.

This phase represents the first meeting point of our app with our users. We carefully plan every aspect of our design to make an impressive first impression and ensure that users will use the app again and again.

As a result, the system design phase lays the foundation for the "I Have an Idea" project. With the flexibility and powerful design tools offered by the Kuika low-code platform, we aim to create a user-centered, aesthetic, and functional application.

Development

The next step is to take the Kuika Builder 1 course. So you can learn how to quickly develop your application with Kuika. In addition to what I just told you, you need to make additional plans for Development, Testing, Deployment, Training, Maintenance, and Improvement. In this process, you will need a project management tool. Designer/Project manager level tools and applications used by development teams differ. Choose the appropriate tool(s) for your working method, team structure, and how you will move the project forward in integration with other teams.

You can continue the ongoing flow with Builder 1 course.
