With Scheduled Jobs, time planning can be done on certain actions in Kuika. These actions are Device, Export, Inverse, Notification, Payment, Process Automation.
1.Device:
Download Report and Get Report from Device system actions are Base64. It is possible to plan the report download and report conversion to base64 type in time periods such as seconds, minutes, days, months and years.
For example, in order to download the reports in the application every year, you must click on Scheduled Jobs view mode from the Header in your application. Then, the Download Report system action must be created in order to ensure the download of the reports. Then, the process is performed by selecting settings>Year for the report to be downloaded every year.
2.Export:
By using system actions such as Export Excel, GetExcelBase64 and Import Excelbase64 from Export system actions, it is possible to plan the execution process of these actions in time periods such as seconds, minutes, days, months and years with Scheduled Jobs.
For example, to perform the Export Excel monthly retrieval process, you must click on the Scheduled Jobs view mode from the Header in your application. Then the necessary Export Excel action must be created in order to receive Export Excel. Then, settings>month is selected to download Export Excel every month.
3.Invers:
Invers Get Car Info, Invers Get Car Status, Invers Get Parameters For Bluetooth Connection, Invers Lock Door Over Rest, Invers Lock Immobiliser Over Rest, Invers Lock Immobiliser Over Rest, Invers Unlock Door Over Rest, Invers Unlock Immobiliser Over Rest, Invers Unlock Immobiliser Over Rest, etc. By creating system actions, it is possible to plan the execution process of these actions in time periods such as seconds, minutes, days, months and years with Scheduled Jobs. For example, in order to perform the process of retrieving the vehicle information every month, you must click on the Scheduled Jobs view mode from the Header in your application.
Then the Invers Get Car Info system action is created from Scheduled Job and the process is performed by selecting settings>days.
4.Notification:
It is possible to plan the working processes of system actions such as Send Mail and Send Push Notification from Notification system actions in time periods such as seconds, minutes, days, months and years with Scheduled Jobs.
For example, in a shopping application developed on Kuika, you should click on Scheduled Jobs view mode from the Header in your application to send hourly discounts by e-mail.
Then, by creating the Send Mail system action from the Scheduled Job, the process is performed by selecting settings>hours.
5.Payment:
Payment system actions, stripe actions such as Charge Payment Method, Payment Intent Status, Refund Status are used. With Scheduled Jobs, it is possible to plan in time frames such as seconds, minutes, days, months and years.
For example, in the application developed with Kuika, you should click on Scheduled Jobs view mode from the Header in your application in order to perform regular payment transactions every month on the card saved in payment transactions. Then, by creating the Charge payment method system action from the Scheduled Job, the process is performed by selecting settings>month.
