Scheduled Jobs Settings

Scheduled Jobs settings consist of Second, Minutes, Hours, Day, Month, Year tabs.

1. Second

Seconds is the Scheduled Jobs setting where your actions are planned on a second basis.

  • Every second is the part where the actions added with the Every second feature are scheduled to run every second.
  • Every .... second'(s) starting at second .... is the part where the starting second of the actions and the second to be repeated are specified. For example, when values such as “every 5 seconds starting at second 3” are given, it is expected that the system actions added every five seconds starting from second 3 will run.
  • Specific second (choose one or many) is the part where specific seconds for the actions to run are specified by selecting them via checkbox.
  • Every second between second .... and second ...., Every second is the part where the execution of the actions added in the specified value range is planned.

2. Minutes

It is the Scheduled Jobs setting where the added actions are planned to run on a minute basis.

  • Every minute is the part where the actions added with the Every minute feature are planned to run every minute.
  • Every .... minute(s) starting at minute.... is the part where the starting minute of the actions and the minute to be repeated are specified. For example, when values such as “every 5 minutes starting at minute 3” are given, it is expected that the system actions added every five minutes starting from minute 3 will run.
  • Specific minute (choose one or many) is the part where specific minutes for the actions to run are specified by selecting them via checkbox.
  • Every minute between minute .... and minute.... is the part where the execution of the actions added in the specified value range is planned every minute.

3. Hours

It is the Scheduled Jobs setting where the added actions are planned to run on an hourly basis.

  • Every Hour is the part where the actions added with the feature are planned to be run every hour.
  • Every .... hour(s) starting at hour.... is the part where the start time of the actions and the time to be repeated are specified. For example, when values such as ‘every 5 hours starting at hour 3’ are given, the system actions are expected to run every five hours starting from hour 3 in accordance with the time planning.
  • Specific hour (choose one or many) is the part specified by selecting the checkbox at certain times for the actions to run.
  • Every hour between hour.... and hour...., This is the part where it is planned to run the actions added in the specified value range every hour.

4. Day

It is the Scheduled Jobs setting where the added actions are planned to run on a day basis.

  • Every Day is the part where the actions added with the feature are planned to be run every day.
  • Every .... day(s) starting at day.... is the part where the starting day of the actions and the day to be repeated are specified. For example, when values such as ‘every 5 days starting at day 3’ are given, the system actions are expected to run every five days starting from day 3 in accordance with the time planning.
  • Every .... day(s) starting on the ...st of the month is the part where it is planned how many days it will be repeated according to the entered value starting from the entered value of each month. For example, when values such as ‘Every 5 day(s) starting on the2st of the month’ are given, Scheduled Jobs will run system actions every 5 days starting from the 2nd of the month.
  • Specific day (choose one or many) is the part where day planning is done by selecting specific days for the actions to run via checkbox.
  • Every day between day.... and day.... It is the part where the execution of the actions added in the specified value range every day is planned.
  • Specific day of month (choose one or many) is the part where certain days of the month are selected from the checkbox and system actions are executed in line with those days.
  • On the last day of the month: This is the part where it is planned to run system actions on the last day of the month.
  • On the last weekday of the month: This is the part where system actions are planned to be run in the last week of the month.
  • On The last Sunday of the month: This is the part where it is planned to run system actions according to the last day of the month.
  • ….day(s) before the end of the month : For example, 13 days before the end of the month is the part where the system action is planned to be run 13 days before the end of the month.
  • Nearest weekday (Monday to Friday) to the 1st of the month: This is the part where it is planned to run system actions on weekdays closest to the 1st of the month.
  • on the 1st Monday on the month: Values and day of the week are selected. In this direction, it is the part where the system action is planned to be run, such as the 1st Sunday of the month.

5. Month:

It is the Scheduled Jobs setting where the added actions are planned to run on a month basis.

  • Every month is the part where the actions added with the Every month feature are planned to run every month.
  • Every .... month(s) starting at month.... This is the part where the starting month of the actions and the month to be repeated are specified. For example, when values such as ‘every 5 months starting at month 3’ are given, the system actions are expected to run every five months starting from month 3 in accordance with the time planning.
  • Specific month (choose one or many) is the part where the month planning is made by selecting specific months for the actions to run via the checkbox.
  • Every month between month ...... and month ...... is the part where the system actions are planned to work between the months entered.

6. Year:

It is the Scheduled Jobs setting where the added actions are planned to run on a year basis.

  • Every Year is the part where the actions added with the Every Year feature are planned to be executed every year.
  • Every .... year (s) starting at year.... This is the part where the starting year of the actions and the year to be repeated are specified. For example, when ‘every 5 years starting at year 3’ is given, the system actions are expected to run every five years starting from year 3 in accordance with the time planning.
  • Specific year (choose one or many) is the part where the month planning is made by selecting specific years for the actions to work through the checkbox.
  • Every year between year...... and year...... is the part where the system actions are planned to work between the years entered.
