An App Settings configuration is needed to preview and publish an application developed in Kuika.
The App Settings modal view differs for web and mobile applications. For your web apps, the modal has only “App Settings” and “Web” tabs. For your mobile apps, the modal has “App Settings,” “iOS,” “Android,” and “Web” tabs.
To adjust Deeplink settings:
Open App Settings from the modal that opens after creating a new configuration.
Go to the“Deeplink Setting” section.
Click on the “Default” drop-down menu next to the Configuration heading.
Select “ADD NEW” from the drop-down menu.
Configure the following settings via the pop-up that opens:
Name (1): This is the section where you will name the Deeplink setting.
Associated Domain (2): Enter the main domain you want to associate your app with a specific page. For example, the main web address of an app can be “app.kuika.com”.
Associated Sub Domain (3): This is where you enter a specific subdomain under the main domain. For example, if your main domain is “app.kuika.com” and you want to use a specific subdomain for your app, you can enter a value like “academy.app.kuika.com”.
Then click on the “RUN” button in the upper right corner.
After setting up Deeplink, the platform will automatically generate a QR code for the relevant content. By following these steps, you can set up Deeplink settings and automatically generate a QR code for the relevant content.
