After logging into the Kuika platform, open the project you will work on from the “Apps” screen.
While in the “UI Design” module, open the “Properties” panel on the right side.
Select “Initial Actions → Process Automation → Start External Process” from the “+ADD ACTION” drop-down menu.
Then configure the following fields:
External Project: Select the external project name from which to start the process. This specifies the project where the workflow to be run is located.
Process: Select the workflow to start. In this field, you can specify which process the Start External Process action will start by selecting one of the processes defined in the external project.
After completing the configuration, you can save your action and test and validate your process flow.
