Set Agent

Add Set Agent Action

1. After logging into the Kuika platform, open the project you will work on from the “Apps” screen.
2. While in the “UI Design” module, open the “Properties” panel on the right side.

3. Select “Initial Actions → Process Automation → Set Agent” from the “+ADD ACTION” drop-down menu.
4. Then configure the following field:

• User Name: This is the field where the user name of the user to be assigned as an agent is entered.‍
• Agent User Name: This is the field where the user name of the user to be defined as an agent is entered.
