Add Send WhatsApp Business Message Action

1. After logging into the Kuika platform, open the project you will work on from the “Apps” screen.
2. While in the “UI Design” module, open the “Properties” panel on the right side.

1. Select “Initial Actions → Notification → Send WhatsApp Business Message” from the “+ADD ACTION” drop-down menu.
2. Configure the following fields:

• Phone Number: Enter the phone number to send from (e.g. +905xxxxxxxxx).
• Template Name: Enter the name of the predefined template for your WhatsApp Business message (e.g. “order_confirmation”).
