- After logging into the Kuika platform, open the project you will work on from the “Apps” screen.
- While in the “UI Design” module, open the “Properties” panel on the right side.
3. Select “Initial Action→ Process Automation→ Get My Tasks” from the “+ ADD ACTION” drop-down menu.
Configure the following fields from the drop-down menu:
- ShowPool: You can set the tasks that can be assigned to yourself.
- ShowClaimed: You can view tasks assigned to yourself or tasks of a specific user.
- Page: You can set the numbering parameters for the pages where the tasks assigned to you are listed.
- Page Size: You can set the page size.
- Search Key: You can set Text Input settings so that you can easily find your assigned tasks with the help of Search Box.
