Add Get My Tasks Action

  1. After logging into the Kuika platform, open the project you will work on from the “Apps” screen.
  2. While in the “UI Design” module, open the “Properties” panel on the right side.

      3. Select “Initial Action→ Process Automation→ Get My Tasks” from the “+ ADD ACTION” drop-down menu.

Configure the following fields from the drop-down menu:

  1. ShowPool: You can set the tasks that can be assigned to yourself.
  2. ShowClaimed: You can view tasks assigned to yourself or tasks of a specific user.
  3. Page: You can set the numbering parameters for the pages where the tasks assigned to you are listed.
  4. Page Size: You can set the page size.
  5. Search Key: You can set Text Input settings so that you can easily find your assigned tasks with the help of Search Box.
