Suspend Process Instance

Suspend Process Instance

Kuika's Suspend Process Instance action is used to temporarily pause a specific business process. With Suspend Process Instance, the management of business processes becomes more flexible and certain processes can be suspended when needed.

For example, when missing information or incorrect data is noticed in a process awaiting approval, the process can be paused before completion. The process can then be resumed after the necessary checks have been made.

Thanks to this action:

  • Allows you to temporarily pause processes.
  • Increases flexibility in managing workflows.
  • Provides the possibility to stop and restart processes.
  • Ensures data accuracy by preventing processes with incorrect or missing data from completing.

Suspend Process Instance action is supported in web and mobile applications.
