Kuika's Get Process Instance action is used to get the current status and details of a specific business process. Get Process Instance provides information about the stage of the process, completed and pending tasks, assigned users and general information about the process.
With this action:
It allows you to track the current status of business processes.
It helps you get information about completed, ongoing or pending tasks.
You can view the creation date, update status and priority information of the business process.
It lists the assigned users and the completion status of the tasks in detail.
For example, this action can be used to find out what stage a business process is in, to track the status of tasks within the process, or to view the tasks assigned to a specific user.

Add Get Process Instance Action
Log in to the Kuika platform.
Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.
Select Initial Actions → Process Administration → Get Process Instance from the +ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
In the “Process Id” field, enter the ID number of the business process whose status you want to view.
When this action is executed:
All details of the specified business process are displayed.
The status of completed and ongoing tasks will be listed.
General information such as the start and update dates of the business process is provided.
Users assigned in the process and related tasks can be viewed.
After completing these steps, the Get Process Instance action will be successfully added. Thus, you can track your business processes, analyze process progress and make process management more effective.
