Kuika's Get Process Data action is used to get the data of a specific business process and the current status of this data. It allows you to view the details of the data generated and stored during business processes.

Add Get Process Data Action
Log in to the Kuika platform.
Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.
Select Initial Actions → Process Administration → Get Process Data from the +ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
In the “Process Id” field, enter the ID number of the business process whose data you want to retrieve.
When this action is executed:
All data belonging to the specified business process will be retrieved.
The current status of the process and the data generated are displayed in detail.
It helps to analyze and manage business processes more efficiently.
After completing these steps, the Get Process Data action will be successfully added. Thus, you can access and analyze the data of business processes and optimize your processes.
