Get Applications

Get Applications

Kuika's Get Applications action is used to list the processes associated with an application selected by the admin user. Get Applications provides a list of all applications running in the admin domain, allowing you to view the processes started from a specific application and their status.

With this action:

  • By filtering by application, it helps you determine which processes are initiated by which applications.
  • Makes process management more organized and efficient.
  • Facilitates application-based process tracking for admin users.

For example, when an admin user wants to see all processes belonging to a specific application, this action can be run and the related processes can be easily listed.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to list the processes started from applications using the Get Applications action.

Get Applications action is supported in web and mobile applications.

Add Get Applications Action

  1. Log in to the Kuika platform.
  2. Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
  3. While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.
  1. Select Initial Actions → Process Administration → Get Applications from the +ADD ACTION drop-down menu.

When this action is run:

  • All applications running in the admin domain are listed.
  • Processes started from a specific application are displayed.
  • Tracking process management of applications is facilitated.

After completing these steps, the Get Applications action will be successfully added. Thus, you can effectively list and manage the processes of your applications.
