Add Get My Tasks From Process Action

After logging into the Kuika platform, open the project you will work on from the “Apps” screen.
While in the “UI Design” module, open the “Properties” panel on the right side.

Select “Initial Actions → Process Automation → Get My Tasks From Process” from the “+ADD ACTION” drop-down menu.

Then configure the following field:

Process: Allows you to specify which process to query. To select the process, select the appropriate process from the drop-down menu.
Process Parameters: Define the parameters to be used for additional filtering of the process in this field.

Configure Get My Tasks From Process Parameters

Click on the “ + ADD OPTIONAL PARAMETER” drop-down menu.

Configure the following parameters from the drop-down menu:
- Search Key: Allows you to filter your tasks by a specific keyword.
- Created From: Allows you to specify the creation start date of the tasks.
- Created To: Allows you to define the end date of creation of tasks.
- Filter Late: You can use this parameter to filter late (overdue) tasks.
