Get My Tasks From Process

Kuika's Get My Tasks From Process action is used to view the details of tasks assigned to you in a business process. It allows you to analyze in which process the tasks are in and at which stage.

Thanks to this action:

  • You can fast track your tasks,
  • You can organize your workflow more efficiently,
  • You can clearly view your individual responsibilities.

Get My Tasks From Process action is only supported in web apps.

Add Get My Tasks From Process Action

  1. Log in to the Kuika platform.
  2. Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
  3. While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.
  1. Select Initial Actions → Process Automation → Get My Tasks From Process from the +ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
  2. Then configure the following fields:
  • Process: Determines which process to query.
  • Process Parameters: Contains parameters used for additional filtering of the process.

Configure Get My Tasks From Process Parameters

  1. For further customization, you can add the following parameters using the +ADD OPTIONAL PARAMETER option:
  • Search Key: Allows you to filter your tasks by a specific keyword.
  • Created From: Allows you to specify the creation start date of tasks.
  • Created To: Allows you to define the end date of creation of tasks.
  • Filter Late: Used to filter tasks that are overdue (late).

After completing these steps, you can list all the tasks assigned to you in detail and manage your business processes more effectively.
