Viewing Task Details, Approving or Rejecting Tasks

In applications with process flow, you can see the details of the tasks in the flow, approve or reject tasks.

In this learning content, we will learn how to review, approve or reject task details step by step through a real-life scenario.

1. Open the My Tasks screen I created in previous learning content.
2. Add a column at the end of the table listing tasks.
3. Leave the Title of the column blank.
4. Drag and drop a button into the column.
5. Select the button and add the Navigate to Task action.
6. Select Current>StepKey for the StepKey parameter in the action.

After completing these steps, you can easily see the details of the tasks in the process flow and approve or reject these tasks.

This process enables more efficient management of processes and the creation of a transparent task tracking system.
