Create Scheduled Jobs

About this lesson

You can use the Scheduled Jobs Module to ensure that the functions used in your application are automatically executed in certain time periods.

If you want to send a daily task list to your team every morning at 09:00 or send reports to your customers weekly, you can automate these processes with the Scheduled Jobs Module.

To work with Scheduled Jobs in Kuika, click on the Scheduled Jobs icon on the top menu.

On the screen that opens, enter a name to create a new Scheduled Job and click the CREATE button.

In the Scheduled Jobs Module, the Scheduled Jobs panel on the left side is used to manage scheduled jobs and create a new scheduled job.

You can use the Custom Actions panel on the left side to access the custom functions in your application and/or create new custom functions.

In the Scheduled Jobs Module, you can set how often and in which time periods your jobs will run.

In this area, Seconds gives you options to set periods in seconds, Minutes in minutes, Hours in hours, Day in days, Month in months and Year in years.

Using the Properties panel on the right side, you can define actions,  functions, for your scheduled job.

Scheduled Jobs Module is an effective way to increase productivity by automating your business processes. By using this module, you can schedule your routine tasks and save time.
