A user fills in their information in a three-step registration form and reaches the second step. However, they realise that they need to update the information in the first step. They click the ‘Back’ button to go to the previous step and update their information. This process is carried out using the Go Back action.
Adding a Return Action
Go to the UI Design Module: Enter the UI Design screen.
Add a Button: Drag and drop a Button element from the left panel.
Customise the Button Label: Enter a phrase such as ‘Back’.
Define Action: Select the button → + ADD ACTION → OnClick → Navigation → Go Back to add the action.
Action Workflow
Step-by-Step Form: The user returns from step 2 to step 1 to check their previous information.
Order Process: When the user reaches the payment step, they return to the previous step to change their product selection.
