You can add the Gauge Chart element from the Elements panel by drag and drop. If you drag it to an empty area on the screen, it will be added with the Row element. If you drag it into a Column, only the Gauge Chart element will be added.
Gauge Chart supports Web applications. It does not support mobile applications.
