After logging into the Kuika platform, open the project you will work on from the “Apps” screen.
While in the “UI Design” module, open the “Properties” panel on the right side.
Select “Initial Actions → Process Automation → Get Processes Started By Me” from the “+ADD ACTION” drop-down menu.
Then configure the following fields:
Show Completed: If you activate this field, processes started and completed by the user will be included in the list. Otherwise only active and ongoing processes are displayed.
Page: Specifies which page of the process list to start from. When there are many processes, the list is divided into pages and this field is used to determine which page to display.
Page Size: Determines how many processes will be displayed on each page.
Search Key: Allows you to search by the title or content of the processes.
