Get Menu Management Access List By Role ID Action Application Steps

1. Select your project from the Apps screen.
2. Go to the UI Design module.
3. Create the element that will trigger the action (e.g. a button or screen load event).

4. Select the button and add the Authorisation > Get Menu Management Access List By Role ID action from the + ADD ACTION menu according to the desired trigger event (Initial Actions, OnClick, OnBlur, etc.).

Parameter Configuration

• Role ID (String-Required): This is the ID of the role for which menu access rights will be obtained.
• It is usually defined using data sources such as Action Result, Current, Form Component, Screen Input or Fixed, and can be linked via the Symbol Picker tool.
• Enable Audit Logs: When enabled, the process of querying active delegations is added to the audit log records. This allows you to track which user viewed the delegation information, when, and through which action.
