Add Data Source Connectivity to Your App with Bluetooth
After logging in to the Kuika platform, open the Mobile project you will work on from the “Apps” screen.
Go to the “Datasources” (1) module. In the Datasources module, you can view the data sources, actions and tables in the application you have developed, add a new data source, a new action and a new table.
To add a new data source to your application, click on the “+” (2) icon next to the “Sources” heading on the left side of the Datasources module.
Select “Bluetooth” (1) as the Datasources type and give it a name (2).
Then click on the “CREATE” (3) button.
On the screen that opens, fill in the Device Name, Device ID and Device Address fields.
Device Name (1): The name of the device visible to the user.
It is mandatory to enter the Device Name field.
Device ID (2): The unique ID of the device.
Device Address (3): The Bluetooth address of the device. For example, the address of a Bluetooth device: “00:1A:2B:3C:4D:5E.”
It is not mandatory to enter the Device ID and Device Address.
