The Update User Starting Screen action on the Kuika platform is used to update the screen that the user will first view when logging into the application. This action offers the possibility to customize the starting screen according to the user's needs and preferences in order to improve the user experience. Once the update is complete, the user will see the new screen when they log in to the application.
Update User Starting Screen action is supported in web and mobile applications.
Add Update User Starting Screen Action
Log in to the Kuika platform.
Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
Switch to the UI Design module.
Open the Properties panel on the right side.
Follow these steps from the +ADD ACTION drop-down menu:
Initial Actions → Authorization → Update User Starting Screen.
Then configure the following fields:
User Name: Enter the email address of the user whose starting screen you want to change.
Starting Screen ID: Select the starting screen that the user will see when they log in to the application from the drop-down list.
6. Click the SAVE button to complete the configuration.
