Set Manager

Set Manager

Kuika's Set Manager action is used to set the manager role of a specific process or task in a process step.

With this action:

  • Organize manager roles in workflows and assign appropriate managers.
  • Ensure that processes are managed and directed effectively.
  • You can optimize workflows by determining your organizational structure.

Set Manager action is supported in web and mobile applications.

Add Set Manager Action

  1. Log in to the Kuika platform.
  2. Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
  3. While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.
  1. Select Initial Actions → Process Automation → Set Manager from the+ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
  2. Then configure the following fields:
  • User Name:
    • Allows you to specify the user name of the user to be assigned manager.
  • Manager User Name:
    • Allows you to specify the user name of the user to be defined as a manager.

With this action, you can easily assign managers for specific processes or tasks, making workflows more organized.
