Kuika's Set Manager action is used to set the manager role of a specific process or task in a process step.
With this action:
- Organize manager roles in workflows and assign appropriate managers.
- Ensure that processes are managed and directed effectively.
- You can optimize workflows by determining your organizational structure.
Set Manager action is supported in web and mobile applications.
Add Set Manager Action
- Log in to the Kuika platform.
- Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
- While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.
- Select Initial Actions → Process Automation → Set Manager from the+ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
- Then configure the following fields:
- User Name:
- Allows you to specify the user name of the user to be assigned manager.
- Manager User Name:
- Allows you to specify the user name of the user to be defined as a manager.
With this action, you can easily assign managers for specific processes or tasks, making workflows more organized.
