Kuika's Save Step Data action allows data entered in a process step to be saved and made available for subsequent processes.
Thanks to this action:
- Ensures that the steps in the workflow continue consistently and smoothly.
- Important data is prevented from being lost.
- Allows the information received from the user to be processed in subsequent processes.
Save Step Data action is supported in web and mobile applications.
Add Save Step Data Action
- Log in to the Kuika platform.
- Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
- While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.
- Select Initial Actions → Process Automation → Save Step Data from the +ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
- Then configure the following fields:
- User Interaction:
- Allows data entered by the user in a step to be saved based on a specific user interaction.
- For example, when a form is filled out or a certain action is completed, this data is saved and can be used in subsequent processes.
Thanks to this action , user inputs are recorded and business processes are ensured to continue without interruption.
