Release Task To Pool

Kuika's Release Task To Pool action allows a user to release a task that has been assumed or assigned to a user to a job pool.

With this action:

• The task becomes available to other users in the pool.
• Flexibility in workflows increases.
• Tasks can be quickly reassigned.

Release Task To Pool action is supported in web and mobile apps.

Add Release Task To Pool Action

1. Log in to the Kuika platform.
2. Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
3. While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.

4. Select Initial Actions → Process Automation → Release Task To Pool from the +ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
5. Then configure the following fields:
   
   • Step Key: This is the field to enter the Instance ID of the task.

With this action, when a task is not completed, you can release it to the job pool for another user to pick it up.
