Iyzico Update Subscriber Action Application Steps
Log in to the Kuika platform.
Open your project from the Apps screen.
Go to the UI Design module.
Open the Properties panel on the right side.
From the + ADD ACTION menu, add the Payment Iyzico> Iyzico Update Subscriber action according to the trigger event you want (Initial Actions, OnClick, OnBlur, etc.).
Fill in the following parameters in the settings that open:
User Name: The username of the user to be updated in the system.
Identity Number: The user's ID number or similar identification information.
Addresses: The user's mailing address.
City: The city where the user lives.
Country: The country where the user is located.
Zip Code: The user's postal code.
Contact Name: The name of the person to contact or the first and last name of the user.
Finally, click the SAVE button to complete the configuration.
Usage Scenario: Update Subscriber Information Screen
A SaaS platform user wants to change their address and contact information from their profile page. Since this information must also match the payment system, the Iyzico Update Subscriber action is triggered.
Scenario Flow:
The user goes to the “Update My Profile” page.
They fill in the address, city, country, and contact person fields.
When the “Update Information” button is clicked, the Iyzico Update Subscriber action is triggered.
The information is sent to the Iyzico system and the subscription record is updated.
The message “Your information has been successfully updated” is displayed to the user.
Dynamic Data Assignments: User information can be dynamically linked to the action by retrieving it from form inputs.
Conditional Controls: If there are no changes in user data, the action may not be triggered. Control can be performed using the If block.
Use of Result Data: Depending on whether the action returns successfully or with an error, an informational message, redirection, or error logging can be performed.
Technical Risks
Incomplete or Invalid Information: If required fields are left blank, the action may fail. Field checks should be performed.
Incorrect ID Number: ID number verification errors can cause system problems. For Turkey, 11-digit Turkish ID verification should be performed.
Synchronization Errors: If user data is also being updated in another system at the same time, there is a risk of inconsistency. Previous data should be logged.
Repeated Updates to the Same User: Sending updates to the same user at frequent intervals can create unnecessary load. A timing restriction can be added.
