Getting Started with Office365 Actions

The Office365 actions available on the Kuika platform allow you to automate email management within your application. These actions enable you to integrate with Office365 accounts and perform tasks such as sending and receiving emails, listing folders, or retrieving mail from specific folders directly through the application.

Purpose

Office365 actions are used to manage email traffic within the application, retrieve data from the inbox, or send automated emails by the system. Especially in enterprise applications, it integrates user communication and notification processes with the Microsoft 365 infrastructure.

Office365 Actions Available on the Kuika Platform

  • Office365 Get Mail Action: Retrieves a specific email from your Office365 account.
  • Office365 List Mail Folders Action: Lists the folders in your Office365 account.
  • Office365 List Mails Action: Lists emails in the entire inbox or selected folders.
  • Office365 List Mails By Folder Action: Retrieves emails belonging to a specific folder.
  • Office365 Send Mail Action: Allows you to send emails through your application.

These actions can be used with the Data Source or Process Automation modules.

They can also be integrated with Form, Table, List View, or Label elements to display dynamic email content to the user or trigger automatic email actions under specific conditions.
