Kuika's Get User Task Count action is used to get the number of open tasks of a specific user in a process or workflow.
Thanks to this action:
- The number of tasks assigned to the user can be calculated automatically,
- Task management can be more efficient,
- Process management can be optimized by monitoring task load.
Get User Task Count action is supported in web and mobile applications.
Add Get User Task Count Action
- Log in to the Kuika platform.
- Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
- While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.
- Select Initial Actions → Process Automation → Get User Task Count from the +ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
- Configure the following field from the drop-down menu:
- User Name:
- Enter the user name to determine which user's task count will be displayed.
- This parameter is used to count the assigned open tasks of that user.
With this action , you can make workload management more efficient by analyzing user-based task distribution.
