Get User Task Count

Get User Task Count

Kuika's Get User Task Count action is used to get the number of open tasks of a specific user in a process or workflow.

Thanks to this action:

  • The number of tasks assigned to the user can be calculated automatically,
  • Task management can be more efficient,
  • Process management can be optimized by monitoring task load.

Get User Task Count action is supported in web and mobile applications.

Add Get User Task Count Action

  1. Log in to the Kuika platform.
  2. Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
  3. While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.
  1. Select Initial Actions → Process Automation → Get User Task Count from the +ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
  2. Configure the following field from the drop-down menu:
  • User Name:
    • Enter the user name to determine which user's task count will be displayed.
    • This parameter is used to count the assigned open tasks of that user.

With this action , you can make workload management more efficient by analyzing user-based task distribution.
