Kuika's Get Process History action is used to view the past steps of a business process and the operations performed in those steps.

Through this action:

• You can track which stages the process has gone through,
• You can analyze the process by examining the operations performed in the past steps.

Get Process History action is supported in web and mobile apps.

Add Get Process History Action

1. Log in to the Kuika platform.
2. Open the project you will work on from the Apps screen.
3. While in the UI Design module, open the Properties panel on the right side.

4. Select Initial Actions → Process Automation → Get Process History from the +ADD ACTION drop-down menu.
5. You can configure the following fields from the drop-down menu:

• Process Instance: Defines the business process whose history will be queried. This field is used to determine which process's history steps will be displayed.
• Show System Steps: Determines whether to show automatically executed steps. If you want to display system steps, this option can be activated.

In this way, you can analyze the history of your business processes and examine how the process is progressing in detail.
