Kuika's Send WhatsApp Message action allows you to send messages directly from your application via WhatsApp. This enables you to communicate with your users quickly, effectively, and automatically. The action makes it possible to instantly send notifications, confirmations, or informational messages via WhatsApp.

Technical Features

  • Platform Support: Works only on web applications.
  • Message Content: Can be fixed or dynamic.

Send WhatsApp Message Action Application Steps

1. Open your project on the Kuika Platform

  • Log in to Kuika.
  • Select the relevant project from the Apps screen.

2. Add a Button or Trigger in the UI Design Module

  • Write a phrase such as ‘Send WhatsApp Message’ in the Label section of the button.

3. Add the Send WhatsApp Message Action

  • Select the button and add the Device > Send WhatsApp Message action from the + ADD ACTION menu according to the desired trigger event (Initial Actions, OnClick, OnBlur, etc.).

4. Configure Action Parameters

  • Phone Number: Enter the phone number to which the message will be sent in international format (e.g. +905xxxxxxxxx).
  • Message: Specify the message content to be sent as fixed text or dynamic data.
Use Case: Send Automatic WhatsApp Message After Order Confirmation

In an e-commerce application, an order confirmation message is automatically sent via WhatsApp when the user completes the order.

  1. In the UI Design module, add a ‘Send Confirmation Message’ button to the screen that appears after the order is completed, or link this action directly to the completion process.
  2. Add the Send WhatsApp Message action to the button or completion trigger.
  3. In the parameters, dynamically transfer the user's phone number from an action result to the Phone Number field.
  4. In the Message field, write the confirmation text containing the order information.
  5. When the user completes the order, a WhatsApp message is automatically sent to the specified number.

  • Personalising Message Content: You can personalise the message text by enriching it with dynamic data such as user name, order number, and date.

Technical Risks
